The Conference & Retreat Center offers a very flexible policy regarding food service. Guests are responsible for organizing their own food directly with their chosen food service provider.This policy allows flexibility for guests who want to bring their own food. Guests can also have events catered by New England Culinary Institute (NECI), based on the VCFA campus, or use another caterer of choice. (Conference guests are not required to use NECI for catering services.)
If you choose to use another caterer, please inform us. All caterers serving food on the VCFA campus must provide a certificate of liability insurance.
NECI Catering
With a full-service kitchen located in Dewey Hall, NECI catering can provide any catering needs for VCFA
conference guests, including cocktail parties, breakfast set-ups, lunches and corporate events. They offer an eclectic blend of menu choices, service styles and setup options.

Campus Cafeteria
The NECI Cafeteria is a classic college cafeteria with a culinary twist. Run by New England Culinary Institute students, the cafeteria is open for breakfast (7:30 – 8:30 am), lunch (11:15 – 1 pm) and dinner (5:30 – 7 pm). A reservation is required for groups more than 10.
