Dr. Letitia Chambers (Lighthouse Point, FL) is a Managing Director with Navigant Consulting, Inc. She has previously led the state of New Mexico higher education system, was the US Representative to the United Nations General Assembly, and led the Clinton/Gore 1992 budget transition team.
