Peter Smith

Dr. Peter Smith (Lighthouse Pt., FL) is a former congressman from Vermont who holds the distinction of having founded two colleges: the Community College of Vermont, and the University of California at Monterey Bay, which is an arts institution. He was recently at UNESCO in Paris, and now is living in Florida where he is a Senior Vice President at Kaplan Higher Education.
