Harry Groome (Villanova, PA) currently devotes much of his time to writing fiction. He is a member of the board of directors of the Nature Conservancy and the Atlantic Salmon Federation. Harry is the retired chairman of SmithKline Beecham Consumer HealthCare, having served on the boards of SmithKline Beecham, Allergan, Royal Doulton, Walsh International and the BOC Group. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a MFA in Writing from Vermont College.
