VCFA Alumna Riki Moss in International Art Exhibit in Japan

Riki Moss, VCFA visual art graduate 1994, has been invited to participate in an international exhibition in Nagoya, Japan, celebrating the year 2010 as the year of biodiversity. She will be sharing an installation space of 1200 square feet with three other Vermont artists and participating in workshops and panel discussions for 10 days in Nagoya. Later in the year Vermont will be hosting a reciprocal exhibition at Studio Place Arts in Barre, at the Barre Quarries and at Flynndog, in Burlington.

One of the exhibition goals is to send video for screening during the UN sponsored COP 10 conference on Biodiversity in Nagoya, October 2010, to show that art concentrated around the issue of biodiversity can provide evocative vision for governments.
